Deposit Procedure

All clients are required to supply credit card details to secure their appointment. These details are kept on file and a $100 fee is deducted in the event of late cancellation. If the deposit amount is charged upon booking, the deposit amount is then subtracted from the total price of your appointment and treatments.

This fee is non-refundable. Deposits are carried over if the appointment is rescheduled with 24 hours or more notice. Deposits can be used for in clinic purchases if you're not suitable for treatment. Not applicable for online purchases. Deposits are non-transferrable to cash, gift card or another person. Deposits will not be refunded or redeemable for late arrivals, late cancellations and no-shows.

Late Arrivals + No Shows

Our clinic values punctuality to ensure quality and adequate time for all clients. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to avoid inconvenience for other patients. Please understand that tardiness can impact the quality and timing of your treatment. For all late arrivals we will apply a late fee of $50 to the cost of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Late cancellation is considered to be with less that 24 hours to your appointment. If you wish to reschedule your deposit may be carried over to the new appointment. However, if you reschedule or cancel your appointment with 24 hours or less prior to your appointment commencement time you deposit will be forfeited and not redeemable for products and services. The cost of cancellation with less than 24 hours notice is $100.

If you consent to having your skin consultation and before-and-after images featured across our social media and other platforms for marketing purposes, you will receive a complimentary LED Light Therapy treatment valued at $100.
