All treatment packages are non-refundable and non-transferable. Packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified. Treatments included in the package cannot be exchanged for other services or products.

Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the forfeit of that session.
